Our stake\u00adholders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Dolder Hotel AG main\u00adtains an ongoing dialogue with its key stake\u00adholders to ensure our sustain\u00adability efforts align with their expec\u00adta\u00adtions and needs. As part of our sustain\u00adability reporting, we have iden\u00adtified the most relevant stake\u00adholders based on our business model, existing dialogue formats, and internal assess\u00adments. Their expec\u00adta\u00adtions regarding our sustain\u00adability management have shaped our prior\u00adities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

In this first reporting year, we have not yet conducted a formal stake\u00adholder survey specif\u00adi\u00adcally focused on sustain\u00adability topics. Instead, the insights presented here are drawn from existing feedback mech\u00ada\u00adnisms \u2013 including our annual guest surveys, employee surveys, and supplier assess\u00adments \u2013 supple\u00admented by perspec\u00adtives from industry asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions and specialist groups. We are committed to grad\u00adually expanding the systematic involvement of our stake\u00adholders in sustain\u00adability reporting. A first step in this direction is the feedback survey<\/a> included with this report, inviting all stake\u00adholders to share their expec\u00adta\u00adtions and feedback on the rele\u00advance, compre\u00adhen\u00adsi\u00adbility, and completeness of our reporting. The results will inform the further devel\u00adopment of this report and the next update of our mate\u00adri\u00adality analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Author\u00adities (federal, cantonal and City of Zurich)<\/strong> expect compliance with all relevant envi\u00adron\u00admental and labour regu\u00adla\u00adtions, as well as trans\u00adparent reporting. We meet their expec\u00adta\u00adtions through annual legal compliance audits, our certified sustain\u00adability management system, and proactive antic\u00adi\u00adpation of regu\u00adlatory devel\u00adop\u00adments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Guests and customers<\/strong> (indi\u00adviduals and B2B partners such as agencies, companies, and online booking plat\u00adforms) expect envi\u00adron\u00admen\u00adtally friendly initia\u00adtives, sustainable services, and trans\u00adparency. We gather and inte\u00adgrate their feedback into the design of our offerings and procurement processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Employees<\/strong> expect fair working condi\u00adtions, training and devel\u00adopment as well as oppor\u00adtu\u00adnities for partic\u00adi\u00adpation. The annual employee survey also assesses the impor\u00adtance of envi\u00adron\u00admental and social sustain\u00adability. We promote engagement through internal commu\u00adni\u00adcation, e-learning and the work of the D-Impact team. Our certi\u00adfi\u00adcation as a Top Employer under\u00adscores our commitment to being a respon\u00adsible employer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Suppliers and subcon\u00adtractors<\/strong> increas\u00adingly expect clarity regarding sustain\u00adability criteria in our collab\u00ado\u00adration. We address this expec\u00adtation with an internal procurement policy that takes envi\u00adron\u00admental, social and economic criteria into account, as well as a supplier code of conduct. New suppliers are eval\u00aduated using a struc\u00adtured guide; for strate\u00adgi\u00adcally important suppliers, we conduct annual assess\u00adments. Sustain\u00adability-related criteria are being grad\u00adually inte\u00adgrated into our eval\u00adu\u00adation processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

The Board of Directors and Exec\u00adutive Board<\/strong> are respon\u00adsible for embedding sustain\u00adability strate\u00adgi\u00adcally and ensuring compliance with all regu\u00adla\u00adtions. This is managed through the certified sustain\u00adability management system and annual ESG reporting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Share\u00adholders<\/strong> have a legit\u00adimate interest in trans\u00adparency regarding sustain\u00adability goals and progress. We meet this requirement through, among other things, annual ESG reporting as part of esg2go, carbon foot\u00adprinting with myclimate, and this VSME Sustain\u00adability Report.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Profes\u00adsional exchange and coop\u00ader\u00adation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

We place particular value on engaging in dialogue at the specialist and peer exchange group gath\u00aderings organised by Respon\u00adsible Hotels of Switzerland, as well as in the thematic circles of Swiss Deluxe Hotels. There, we share expe\u00adri\u00adences, discuss current devel\u00adop\u00adments and work together to develop prac\u00adtical solu\u00adtions \u2013 ranging from energy and resource management and sustainable procurement to social aspects of human resources management and employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

In addition, we maintain dialogue with partners such as myclimate and EnAW, industry asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtions and alliances (Hotel\u00adlerieSuisse, Swiss Tourism Feder\u00adation), the media and the local community. Through local part\u00adner\u00adships and initia\u00adtives \u2013 such as those within the framework of FOOD ZURICH or the Zurich Film Festival \u2013 we contribute to cultural and social diversity in Zurich. By actively listening to and collab\u00ado\u00adrating with our stake\u00adholders, we ensure that our sustain\u00adability strategy remains relevant, effective, and aligned with the values and expec\u00adta\u00adtions of those who matter most.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
