Dear readers

Last year, we were priv­i­leged to welcome tens of thou­sands of guests from all over the world to Dolder hill. Every stay embodies not only a collection of unfor­get­table moments, but also a profound sense of respon­si­bility: respon­si­bility for our resources, our team and partners, our surroundings, and the local community. This respon­si­bility guides our daily actions – both visibly and invisibly.

At Dolder Hotel AG, we see ourselves as a visionary host. Our estab­lishment harmo­niously blends tradition and inno­vation, excel­lence and sustain­ability. We think of our company as a living system – one capable of learning, reflection and evolution. For us, sustainable business means ensuring quality not only today, but also tomorrow.

Central to all of this are our employees, the key to our success. Their dedi­cation, profes­sion­alism, and sense of respon­si­bility enable us to uphold the highest stan­dards of service while caring for the envi­ronment and society. We firmly believe that sustainable devel­opment can only thrive when it is embedded throughout the entire company and embraced by everyone.

This publi­cation is the first of its kind to outline our strategic approach to sustain­ability management. With it, we present for the first time, in this format, how we strate­gi­cally manage and further develop sustain­ability. This report is close to our hearts, as it reflects how we work, what matters to us, and where we aim to improve. It is intended to provide guidance and make our path trans­parent – both inter­nally and exter­nally.
