Sustain­ability gover­nance. The Head of Quality & Sustain­ability is part of the gover­nance team and reports directly to the General Manager. This ensures that quality and sustain­ability issues are incor­po­rated into strategic deci­sions at an early stage. Two internal sustain­ability committees support imple­men­tation: the D-Force Team is respon­sible for strategic steering and moni­toring, whilst the D-Impact Team drives oper­a­tional imple­men­tation and commu­ni­cation across all depart­ments. Compliance with stan­dards is contin­u­ously reviewed and further developed through regular internal audits and the Management Review.

Corporate gover­nance. The gover­nance struc­tures are clearly defined. The roles of the Exec­utive Board and the Board of Directors are separate, ensuring inde­pendent over­sight. Internal deputy arrange­ments and profes­sional human resources management are in place. The company has a systematic ESG reporting process and achieved a gover­nance score of 80.73 points in the esg2go rating – well above the industry benchmark of 60 points.

Legal and compliance. With 94.37 points, the Legal & Compliance division repre­sents the greatest strength in the gover­nance area. As part of the inte­grated management system (D-Code in accor­dance with ISO 9001:2015) and Earth­Check certi­fi­cation, Dolder Hotel AG is committed to complying with all applicable laws and to contin­u­ously improving its sustain­ability perfor­mance. The Data Protection Act has been fully imple­mented. Dolder Hotel AG invests contin­u­ously in cyber­se­curity: staff undergo monthly training through simu­lated phishing tests, firewall config­u­ra­tions are regu­larly audited and adjusted, and IT system recovery exer­cises are carried out as scheduled. In 2026, a data protection compliance project will also be carried out in collab­o­ration with OST University of Applied Sciences. No severe data protection or infor­mation security breaches were iden­tified during the reporting year.

Risk management. The company has docu­mented struc­tures in place for iden­ti­fying and managing oper­a­tional risks. Risk assess­ments are carried out system­at­i­cally and inte­grated into the sustain­ability management system. Emer­gency preparedness and hazard prevention measures are docu­mented and reviewed regu­larly.
