The Dolder Grand is nestled between the Adlisberg Forest and the heart of Zurich – a location that defines our ecological identity. As a hotel with energy-intensive infrastructure, a 4,000 m² spa, high-end dining and extensive grounds, our resource consumption is significant. Our commitment is clear: to continuously reduce our environmental impact.
The double materiality analysis confirmed that climate change, water, biodiversity and ecosystems, resource use, and the circular economy are material issues for Dolder Hotel AG. The following sections outline our practices, key performance indicators, and targets in these areas. We also address additional environmental topics covered by the VSME Standard, even if they fall below the materiality threshold in our analysis.
