1. About this report
Our sustainability report is based on the VSME standard1 from EFRAG – the European framework for voluntary sustainability reporting for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The report covers the financial year 2025 and examines our business activities from two perspectives: their impact on the environment and society, and the financial opportunities and risks that arise for Dolder Hotel AG as a result. This is our company’s first standalone sustainability report.
Significant developments that have occurred between the balance sheet date (31 December 2025) and the publication of the report, and which materially affect the significance of the sustainability information presented, are disclosed in the relevant context and identified as such.
We place great importance on the relevance, reliability, and comprehensibility of the information presented. Where appropriate, we supplement the standard requirements with industry-specific topics and additional key performance indicators to provide a meaningful overall picture. The report combines quantitative indicators with qualitative assessments.
As this is the first time we are reporting in this format, we present comparative figures where reliable data is available. In the coming years, we will systematically expand comparability.
We report in accordance with the ‘if applicable’ principle: this means that we disclose information that is material and relevant to Dolder Hotel AG.
The report is published annually and is publicly available. The thematic structure follows our key areas of focus; the relevant VSME disclosure requirements are referenced in each case.
